PassPortal Desktop Setup

Click the link or copy/paste the url:

https://madmacx-c.mypasswordapp.de

We advise you to bookmark this url as it can be used in the future to access your online vault.

2.

After clicking the link, you will be guided to a setup screen.

Provide the following information:

  • a secure password with at least 10 characters, containing an upper- and lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. Make sure you keep this password safe as it will be your main password to access the company and personal vault.

  • Enter your phone number

  • Provide answers for three security questions of your choice. Make sure to remember them as they will be needed when a password reset needs to be done.

3.

Finally you will be asked to fill in the Organization Key. This key will be provided by the company admin.

This is a colleague appointed as key user.

4.

When ready, click “Activate Account”

You will get a confirmation email and from now on you will also be able to access the PassPortal Vault.

PassPortal Mobile Setup

Passportal has a fully native app for both iOS and Android platforms that enable users to easily access their My Vault and Company Vault.
